Session Breakdown

BQ Behavioral Interview (2 Sessions)

Session 1 — Your Story & Leadership Principles

Build a compelling narrative around your experience. Learn to structure answers using STAR method and align with company leadership principles.

Topics: Self-introduction, STAR framework, leadership principle mapping, story bank development

Session 2 — Mock Interviews & Feedback

Practice with realistic behavioral questions. Get detailed feedback on communication clarity, depth of examples, and overall impression.

Topics: Mock BQ rounds, conflict resolution, cross-team collaboration, handling ambiguity, delivering results under pressure

CD Coding Interview (4 Sessions)

Session 1 — Data Structures & Patterns

Review core data structures and common coding patterns. Focus on recognizing problem types and selecting the right approach.

Topics: Arrays, hash maps, stacks, queues, two pointers, sliding window, prefix sums

Session 2 — Trees, Graphs & Recursion

Deep dive into tree and graph problems. Practice DFS, BFS, backtracking, and dynamic programming fundamentals.

Topics: Binary trees, graph traversal, topological sort, backtracking, memoization

Session 3 — Advanced Problem Solving

Tackle harder problems that combine multiple concepts. Focus on optimization, edge cases, and communicating your thought process clearly.

Topics: Dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, binary search variations, interval problems

Session 4 — Mock Coding Interviews

Simulate real coding interviews with time pressure. Practice thinking aloud, handling hints, and recovering from mistakes.

Topics: Timed problem solving, whiteboard communication, complexity analysis, code review

SD System Design (4 Sessions)

Session 1 — Fundamentals & Framework

Learn a structured approach to system design interviews. Understand how to clarify requirements, estimate scale, and make design decisions.

Topics: Requirements gathering, capacity estimation, high-level architecture, API design, data modeling

Session 2 — Distributed Systems & Scalability

Deep dive into building systems that scale. Cover load balancing, caching, database sharding, and message queues.

Topics: Horizontal scaling, CDN, caching strategies, database replication, consistency models, message queues

Session 3 — Real-World System Design

Practice designing real systems end-to-end. Work through classic problems like URL shortener, news feed, chat system, and more.

Topics: End-to-end design, trade-off analysis, bottleneck identification, monitoring and observability

Session 4 — Mock System Design Interviews

Full mock system design rounds with real-time feedback. Practice structuring your presentation, handling follow-up questions, and making trade-offs under pressure.

Topics: Timed design exercises, whiteboard communication, deep-dive follow-ups, design critique
