About AIReady
AIReady was created to help people become truly "AI-ready" — not just by learning tools, but by understanding how to use AI to solve real problems.
AI is changing how we work, learn, and build. But the pace of change can be overwhelming. There are too many products, too many buzzwords, and not enough clarity. We want to fix that — to help people cut through the noise, think clearly, and actually use AI in ways that matter to them.
Our team includes experienced coaches, technology leaders, and advisors from backgrounds in engineering, data science, entrepreneurship, education, and public service. They keep our programs grounded — practical, relevant, and connected to how work is actually changing.
We offer interview prep, career mentorship, and hands-on builder programs. Whether you want to land your next job, grow as a leader, or ship a product — we can help.
We believe being "AI-ready" is not about chasing every new tool. It is about thinking clearly, solving problems that matter, communicating well, and building things that work.

Advisor
Dr. YZ (Yingchao Zhang)
Technology Executive, AI Entrepreneur, Public Service Leader
Dr. YZ (Yingchao Zhang) is a respected Chinese American community leader on the U.S. East Coast, a serial entrepreneur, and an innovative practitioner in AI. He brings more than two decades of experience spanning systems administration, cybersecurity, software engineering, and AI innovation. He currently serves as Co-founder and COO of opAIda.ai, where he works on advancing enterprise AI solutions and deploying them in real-world industry applications.
Originally trained as a physicist, Dr. Zhang transitioned into the technology industry in 1997. Since then, he has led technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives in both startup and large-enterprise environments, including significant work at NetScout serving Fortune 500 clients. He holds a Ph.D. in High Energy Nuclear Physics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a bachelor's degree in Low Temperature Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
Beyond technology and business, Dr. Zhang is also one of the pioneers of Chinese American public service leadership in the United States. More than a decade ago, he became actively involved in community affairs and ran for local public office, serving as both a school board member and town council member — becoming one of the few Chinese Americans to hold elected office within mainstream local government in the U.S. He has long been committed to community governance, educational equity, and cross-cultural engagement.
In 2023, he was recognized as one of the "50 Outstanding Asian Business Leaders," and in 2025, he was appointed by Governor Phil Murphy to serve on the Board of Trustees of Thomas Edison State University. In addition to being a scientist, technologist, and entrepreneur, he is a dedicated public servant with a strong sense of social mission. He also continues to pursue his passion for music and culture, performing with his own rock band.

Cofounder and Coach
Su Huang
Economist, Data Scientist, Educator
Dr. Su Huang has extensive experience applying analytics, data science, economics, and AI-driven thinking to real-world business and organizational challenges across technology, consulting, education, and product strategy. He is currently working with an AI startup to help clients identify, structure, and solve practical business problems using AI and analytical platforms.
Previously, he worked as an Economist Manager at Amazon, where his work focused on decision-making, forecasting, experimentation, pricing strategy, supply chain optimization, marketing analytics, and people analytics. As the first economist/data scientist supporting Amazon Fresh, he helped design and scale analytical science models and pipelines that contributed to more than $10M in business value across pricing, location strategy, and operational decision-making.
Before joining Amazon, he also gained experience in marketing analytics and consulting-related work, helping organizations better connect data-driven insights with business strategy and decision-making. His broader background across analytics, business communication, and stakeholder management provides a practical perspective on how technical work creates real organizational impact.
In addition to technical and business leadership responsibilities, he also managed the Amazon Economist Mentorship Program, helping junior economists transition from academic research environments into fast-paced industry settings. Throughout his career, he has mentored and managed many semi-technical professionals (such as Business Intelligence Engineers) and helped them successfully transition into more technical and analytical roles such as Data Scientist and Applied Scientist positions. Furthermore, he has successfully referred more than 10 professionals to roles within his own organization and has also helped more than 100 individuals explore and secure career opportunities through his broader professional network and mentorship.
Beyond industry experience, Su also teaches business analytics and quantitative problem solving at the university business school level. He also teaches elementary and middle school students through after-school and summer camp programs focused on real-world problem solving, analytical thinking, and practical AI awareness for the next generation.
Coaching Focus
His coaching focuses on helping individuals bridge the gap between business problems, technical solutions, and real-world impact. He specializes in helping professionals:
- ✓ Translate business challenges into structured technical or analytical questions
- ✓ Work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- ✓ Increase visibility and communicate impact within organizations
- ✓ Scope projects realistically and present findings clearly
- ✓ Navigate career transitions into more technical or AI-related roles
- ✓ Better leverage professional networks and referral systems
