Session Breakdown

BQ Behavioral Interview (2 Sessions)

Session 1 — Your Story & Leadership Principles

Structure your experience into clear, compelling stories. Learn STAR method and how to map your background to leadership principles.

Topics: Self-introduction, STAR framework, leadership principle mapping, story bank development

Session 2 — Mock Interviews & Feedback

Practice with realistic questions and get direct feedback on clarity, depth, and how you come across.

Topics: Mock BQ rounds, conflict resolution, cross-team collaboration, handling ambiguity, delivering results under pressure

CD Coding Interview (4 Sessions)

Session 1 — Data Structures & Patterns

Review core data structures and common coding patterns. Focus on recognizing problem types and selecting the right approach.

Topics: Arrays, hash maps, stacks, queues, two pointers, sliding window, prefix sums

Session 2 — Trees, Graphs & Recursion

Deep dive into tree and graph problems. Practice DFS, BFS, backtracking, and dynamic programming fundamentals.

Topics: Binary trees, graph traversal, topological sort, backtracking, memoization

Session 3 — Advanced Problem Solving

Harder problems that combine multiple concepts. Focus on optimization, edge cases, and explaining your reasoning clearly.

Topics: Dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, binary search variations, interval problems

Session 4 — Mock Coding Interviews

Timed mock rounds. Practice thinking out loud, taking hints well, and recovering when you get stuck.

Topics: Timed problem solving, whiteboard communication, complexity analysis, code review

SD System Design Interview (4 Sessions)

Session 1 — Interview Framework & Fundamentals

Learn how to approach system design questions: clarify requirements, estimate scale, and walk interviewers through your decisions.

Topics: Requirements gathering, capacity estimation, high-level architecture, API design, data modeling

Session 2 — Distributed Systems & Scalability

The building blocks interviewers expect you to know — load balancing, caching, sharding, queues — and how to talk about them clearly.

Topics: Horizontal scaling, CDN, caching strategies, database replication, consistency models, message queues

Session 3 — ML System Design & Common Interview Problems

Practice common interview problems — both classic infrastructure (URL shortener, chat system) and ML systems (recommendation engines, search ranking, data pipelines).

Topics: End-to-end design, ML pipelines, feature stores, model serving, recommendation systems, trade-off analysis, monitoring and observability

Session 4 — Mock System Design Interviews

Full mock rounds with real-time feedback. Practice structuring your answer, handling follow-ups, and thinking on your feet.

Topics: Timed design exercises, whiteboard communication, deep-dive follow-ups, design critique
